A popular expression in Catalan language, Xino Xano (“Step by Step”) is a refreshing and delicate wine that stands out for its highly aromatic bouquet of citrus and tropical notes.

Harvested in vibrating trailers followed by further manual selection in the cellar. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
