Joan Sardà Ancorat (Blanc de noirs)
A wine of peculiar name which, despite being related to the naval world, refers to the act of clinging to the earth, as being “anchored” to it.
With a superb aromatic length, Joan Sardà Ancorat is is the epitome of freshness: an elegant Blanc de noirs (a white wine produced with the juices of a red variety) with a vibrant personality that won’t leave you indifferent.

- Serving temperature: Serve chilled between 8ºC and 10ºC.
Grapes produced in 60 and 70 year old vineyards. Manual harvest, pressed in a smooth way with a slow racking.
40% of the wine is aged in stoneware barrels for 4 months-, another 30% is aged for 4 months in oak and chestnut barrels, and the 30% left remains in stainless steel tanks.
