Gran Clot dels Oms Chardonnay

Despite the Chardonnay grape originated in France, the production of this exceptional variety belongs to the entire world - and Catalonia is no exception. 

Aged for 7 months in oak barrels, this awarded white wine from our Clot dels Oms series has a delicate yet complex bouquet that blends into a persistent aftertaste.

• Color: Straw yellow with golden reflections and high density.
  
• On the nose: Very complex nose with hints of citrus and tropical fruits, mainly mango.
  
• On the palate: It is balanced, dense and creamy on the palate. Long and persistent aftertaste with toasted nuances.
  
• Food pairing recommendations: An ideal accompaniment to fish, rice or to enjoy as the perfect appetizer.
  
• Serving temperature: Serve slightly chilled between 10ºC and 12ºC.

White wine elaborated exclusively with the best Chardonnay grapes from Clot dels Oms’ estate vineyards. 

Starting from a very demanding quality viticulture, it was harvested at the right point of maturation to maintain the sugar-acidity balance.

This wine ages during 7 months in oak barrels before bottling.
