Smooth and citrusy, Flor Mediterranea Blanc is a pleasant and rounded young wine that unifies fresh floral aromas into a rich and delicious fragrance.

• Color: Bright and crisp yellow color with a light green hue.
  
• On the nose: Expressive and floral, reminding white flowers such as the Orange tree flower, followed by green apple and pear aromas.
  
• On the palate: Smooth, fresh and well-balanced in mouth with an intense, silky finish.
  
• Food pairing recommendations: Ideal to enjoy on its own or with fish and seafood, pasta and rice dishes.
  
• Serving temperature: Serve chilled between 8ºC and 10ºC.

Grapes carefully pre-selected and handpicked to be refrigerated at -2ºC. The stem is carefully removed and the grapes lightly pressed. 

The must is statically decanted during 24h and the wine is then racked into stainless steel tanks.
