Abadal Alba

Floral and refreshing, Abadal Alba offers a complex, vibrant nose that encapsulates the character of this region’s highly mineral terroir.

Pellicular maceration between 2 and 6 hours, depending on the variety and the vintage. Soft pressing. Alcoholic fermentation for 15 days in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC.
