Marta Cava Rosé Brut Reserva (vegan)
This excellent rosé version of the award-winning Marta Brut Nature Reserva is another example of the Cava winemaking tradition in the Penedès region.
Floral and refreshing, the singular adding of the Garnatxa variety in the base blend adds structure and volume to the resulting wine.

- Food pairing recommendations: Ideal as an appetizer or combined with pasta, rice, blue fish, well-seasoned white meat and red meat stews.
- Serving temperature: Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC.
Blend of native grape varieties Xarel·lo, Macabeu, Parellada and Garnatxa. Second fermentation and aging for 24 months in bottle to develop the idel maturation, complexities and aromas.
