Fragància de Marta (“Marta’s Fragrance”) is definitely a unique wine: A revolution in terms of elaboration, concept and design. It could be regarded either as white pale rosé or as a pale rosé with a white wine spirit.
The international varieties Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir blended with the native Xarel·lo are the base for this exceptional wine that will challenge your senses from the first moment.

- Serving temperature: Serve chilled between 8ºC and 10ºC.
Manual harvest to select the best grapes. Pressing and must fermentation with a pneumatic press. Each grape variety is fermented separately at a constant temperature of 16C. in stainless steel tanks.
Blend: 50% Xarel·lo, 47% Sauvignon Blanc and 3% Pinot Noir. Fermentation temperature: 15-16 ºC.
