Bouquet d'Alella Rosat

An intense and highly aromatic wine that gathers the essence of D.O. Alella’s wine region near Barcelona, famous for its crisp and mineral white wines.

With a limited production of 1.529 bottles, this excellent rosé wine pays tribute to one of Catalonia’s native varieties, the Garnatxa Negra, adding structure and volume to the whole blend.

• Serving temperature: Serve chilled between 8ºC and 10ºC.

Organically-produced wine. Picked by hand and transported in 18 kg crates. After harvesting, the grapes are cooled in a cool room. 

A short 10-hour maceration is carried out, followed by a gentle pressing and alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature (14°C) in stainless-steel vats.
