Vila Closa Garnatxa Negra (vegan)
From the medieval town of Batea in D.O. Terra Alta, Vila Closa (“Enclosed Village”) is a rounded, unctuous red wine that encapsulates the identity of a unique land.
Made from selected old vineyards, the very calcareous terroir adds a unique flavor to this aged wine that delivers the best of the Garnatxa grape variety.

- Serving temperature: Serve between 14ºC and 16ºC. (Decanting recommended).
Maceration and fermentation in traditional concrete tanks for 15-20 days under controlled temperature between 25-28°C. Extra week of maceration after fermentation, pressed, spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Aged for 3 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels.
