Sentiments Priorat

Elaborated with the native varieties Samsó and Garnatxa Negra, Sentiments (“Feelings”) is our tribute to the acclaimed wine region of D.O.Q. Priorat, in southern Catalonia.

Like any of the wines from this highly qualified terroir, Sentiments doesn’t fall short of expectations: rounded and full-bodied, its intense aroma of red fruit lead to a powerful and remarkable aftertaste.

• Color: Dark ruby red color with hints of purple.
  
• On the nose: Intense and fresh aromas of red fruits, toasted notes and hints of raisins.
  
• On the palate: In the mouth is pleasant and well-rounded, with a long and persistent aftertaste.
  
• Food pairing recommendations: An ideal companion to any kind of meat dishes, roasts, stews, mushrooms and blue cheeses.
  
• Serving temperature: Serve between 14ºC and 16ºC. (Decanting recommended).

Cold pre-fermentation maceration and gentle extraction by pigeage (punchdown), followed by 20 days of maceration during fermentation. 

After fermentation is completed, 4-6 months of ageing in a mix of 50/50 225l French and American oak barrels.
