Mudèfer Criança
Mudèfer Criança is an aged red wine cultivated in the oldest vineyards of La Botera winery, in the D.O. Terra Alta region.
Located in unique valleys surrounded by forests of 400 to 550m altitude, this superb wine with fine tannins delivers full aromatic intensity into a long and refreshing aftertaste.

- Serving temperature: Serve between 14ºC and 16ºC. (Decanting recommended).
Maceration and fermentation in traditional concrete tanks for 15-20 days under controlled temperature between 25-28°C, an extra two weeks of maceration after fermentation, pressing, spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Aged for 8-10 months in new French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels.
