Flor Mediterranea Negre (biodynamic)

A tribute to the rich environment that it comes from, Flor Mediterranea Negre is an intense, very aromatic and, of course, floral wine.

Round and silky, this young biodynamic red from our Flor Mediterranea series will be the perfect match for any occasion, or to enjoy on its own any time of the day.

• Grape varieties: Garnatxa Negra, Samsó, Ull de Llebre
  
• Alcohol content: 13,5 % vol.
• Year: 2023

• Color: An intense red cherry color with light violet threads.
  
• On the nose: Smooth floral aromas such as rosé and violet over red fruit notes.
  
• On the palate: Soft and well-balanced flavor that reflects the above mentioned aromas and fine tannins.
  
• Food pairing recommendations: Ideal to enjoy on its own or with cheeses and grilled meats.
  
• Serving temperature: Serve between 14ºC and 16ºC.

Grapes handpicked using 15 kg boxes and then cooled to 5°C.  Stainless tank with computerized temperature control. Fermentation at a constant 25°C. 

Maceration with the skins during 20 to 25 days. Malolactic in the deposit with fine lees. Various presses all at low pressure.
