Cap de Ruc Negre

- Serving temperature: Serve between 14ºC and 16ºC.
Grapes handpicked using 15 kg boxes and then cooled to 5°C. Tank of 50 HL with computerized temperature control. Fermentation at a constant 25°C.
Free run punching down, pumping over and maceration with the skins during 20 to 25 days. Malolactic in the deposit with fine lees.
Aged for 4 months in a 2 year old french oak barrel with a capacity of 400L.
