Aged for 4 months in oak barrels, Abadal Franc is the blending of native red varieties Sumoll and Mandó, along with the international Cabernet Franc.

- On the nose: Balsamic notes of mint, violet and rosemary combined with intense aromas of red fruit and toffee.
- On the palate: Intense, with a well-balanced structure and medium-body structure, where the presence of red fruits dominates the flavor.
- Food pairing recommendations: Rice and meat dishes, cured meats and chocolate truffles.
- Serving temperature: Serve between 14ºC and 16ºC.
Short maceration, inferior to 10 days. Fermentation with pipeage (occasionally a short pumping and delestage).
Alcoholic fermentation for 10 days at a constant temperature of 24ºC. Aging of 4 months in oak barrels of extra fine grain.
